Specifically designed for the application of conventional & ultraviolet products on flat surfaces.
Transparent or pigmented products can be applied on open or closed pore finishes.
Adjustment range for base coat applications from 12 - 30 g/m² and ultraviolet top coats can be varied between 4 & 18 g/m².
Width cap. 54" & max. work piece thickness 3.14" (80 mm); applicator roll dia. 238 mm (9.37") with variable speed 1 HP drive motor; chrome dosing or doctor roll is 174 mm (6.85") dia. with an independently variable speed 0.5 HP motor; (3) inverted drives with digital speed & thickness display, pneumatic emergency raising of rollers.
System has a special antistatic 1,320 mm (52") wide conveyor belt & 1 HP variable speed gear motor for feed speeds from 13 - 78 FPM; (3) powered in- & (2) out feed rollers w/rubberized segments.
Air driven fluid pump designed for easy cleaning.
Handwheel & microscale for doctor roll adjustment, oscillating doctor blade for continuous motion on the application & doctor rolls.
Upper machine cover with emergency stop button, safety emergency wire, and panel thickness control system to prevent feeding of oversized panels.
