Mikron "ROS100" Rosette Machine
Automatically feeds, shapes & ejects Rosette blocks in 2-1/2" - 5" square blocks.
3 HP motor belt drives, 4" Diameter cutterhead at 7,000 RPM.
Adjustable hopper feed to side of spindle automatically indexes Rosette blocks under cutterhead up against corner-V holding fixture with overhead spring fingers, Cutterhead advances & machines Rosette, then automatically ejects block to front position of block and air eject cylinder.
Produces up to (500) Rosettes/Hr, Rosette profiles can be ground on any profile grinder for infinitely variable design possibilities.
3" Diameter Inlet dust hood.
