IIDA "Millennium MD-221F" Moulder - 5-Head
6-Head, (B-R-L-T-B), 9-5/8" x 5" cap.
Head sequence: Bottom 10 HP, right 10 HP, left 10 HP, top 15 HP, and bottom 10 HP motors.
Cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM; mechanical spindle brakes. All spindles with mechanical digital readouts for setting accuracy.
Pressure elements & chipbreakers include mechanical digital readouts; all spindle adjustments from the front side of machine; motorized positioning of feed beam with (2) support guide ways with independent adjustment of top spindles.
5 HP Feed motor for feed & table rollers; feed speed 16 - 80 FPM; AC inverter drive feed adjustment by digital control.
Overhead powered feed wheels with pneumatic pressure, hardened infeed bed plates and powered table rollers.
Infeed straightening table 2 M (6-1/2'), side pressure roller at infeed table. Short stock feed roller for short pieces down to 18" throughfeed.
Full safety hood/sound enclosure and manual Waxilit pump.
Installed tooling included.
