WEIMA "Beaver 300" Horizontal Feed Waste Grinder w/Vibratory Conveyor.
Medium volume Horizontal Grinder with 4" high x 11.8" wide infeed opening, 18.5 kW (25 HP) rotor motor, 10" dia. rotor grinds at 500-600 RPM.
Output 400-600 Lbs/Hr with 5/8" screen.
Patented "V-ROTOR" design utilizes a V-groove rotor closely matched to grooves in the counter-knife to ensure uniform discharge free of splinters, reduce friction, and dedicate more horsepower to grinding.
Features: (14) Replaceable back bolt-on cutter knives, with low clearance over the rotor extends cutter life, protects the bolts, and reduces machine wear.
Infeed rollers with easily replaceable "Friction Strips" that grab and pull in the strips (15-3/4" passline height, 18 FPM standard feed speed);
8" Dia. dust collection outlet (1,900 CFM required).
Heavy Duty low-profile frame; integrated "plug-and-play" electrical control system with UL approved components;
Weima "WRRL 30"0 Vibratory Conveyor, 140"L x 10"W x 4"D, 550 Lbs.
Anti-vibration feet; replaceable crossbars on infeed roll; manual reverse for infeed roll.
