5' x 20' Worktable, 11" Z-axis stroke; machined table with (3) multi-vacuum zones, moving gantry bridge and vertical supports.

(1) 4-Pole 18 HP "HSK-63F" Electro Spindle, infinitely programmable spindle speeds up to 24,000 RPM, 12-position ride along ATC tool changer. (1) 13 spindle vertical drilling unit. 

Brushless AC Servo motors drive dual helical rack & pinion on the moving grantry & precision ball screws on the bridge & vertical axes; 2,000 IPM max. machining speed (straight or contour), 2,800 IPM max. traverse speed. 

 All axes ride on extra large precision contour linear guideways, axis travels provide full table coverage. 

Industrial "OSIA" Machine Control System is compatible with virtually all CAD/CAM packages that generate standard M & G code.
