1st Head:Steel contact roll, 6" Dia., 35 HP motor. 

2nd Head:Rubber covered contact roll, 6" Dia. 65 Shore covering,2 5 HP motor.

3rd Head:Combination head with a rubber covered contact roll, 7-1/2" dia. 45 Shore covering, segmented platen computer controlled with (20) air segments ( Motor shared with 2nd head).

54" x 85" Abrasive belts. 

Electronic abrasive belt tracking, all contact rolls with pneumatic seclusion, heads 1 & 2 with air belt cleaners. 

EASY PRO "2000 C" processor with 200 programs, 5.5" touch screen for control of sectional platen, thickness opening, feed speed, sequencial start up, contact roll seclusion, abrasive belt cleaners.
