4.4 Lbs Cap. granular glue system, Teflon coated lower applicator glue pot, 1" dia. glue applicator roller.  Pressure section with: (1) Large dia. clutch controlled drive roller & (2) pneumatic pressure idle rollers; independent adjustment of drive & idle rollers w/digital indicator.

Front & rear end trims (0.75 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), motors tilt 0° - 15° on horiz. plane; top & bottom bevel & radius trims (0.8 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), motors bevel from 0° - 15°, digital readout for easy setup.  Top & bottom PVC scrapers, pneumatic pressure control for scraping knives, digital readouts.  Top & bottom buffing, (0.3 HP - 1,680 RPM motor motor ea.), units tilt 0° - 30°.

Feed chain with white rubber pads, single feed speed of 40 FPM, with 2 HP drive.
