(2) Line boring heads of (25) spindles each on 32 mm centers, drills from bottom up; (2) 2 HP motors drive spindles at 3,400 RPM. Hand crank adjusts the opening between heads from 5" - 25" w/mechanical digital readouts, drilling depth up to 2-1/2" Dust Collection on each head.
Hardened steel gears that are pressed onto the spindle shafts,120" back fence with (4) large flip-stops. (2) pneumatic index pins with independent switches for sequence boring on long side panels. Complete with: (2) Overhead pneumatic holddowns standard screw-in 10 mm collets air/electrical controls, pneumatic oiler, and foot pedal actuator for clamping & boring cycle.
