Park Industries "Yukon" Bridge Saw
Usable working dimensions 144" x 144", rotating and tilting table, 20 HP motor, 0 - 45° tilting head, max. blade dia. 16".
Turn Table: 360° Manual rotation, stop locations every 45°, air hand brake with locking system, 0 - 70° tilt hydraulic power unit.
Cross Head Travel: 144" Max., manually set cross travel limit switches, max. travel speed 15 FPM, rack and pinion motion mechanism.
Rise and fall of head is 6"; variable speed AC drive raise and fall via ball screw drive. Scale with index pointer to show rise and fall location.
Blade Specifications: Max sawing depth 3-3/4" with 16" dia. blade; features lift-off type aluminum shroud and Water cooling system.
Blade center hole to fit 50 mm blade spacer (50 mm OD x 1-5/8" ID). 7-1/2" Blade flange size; max. tool width is 3/4".
Machine Control System: Push Button / selector switch; Amp meter for main motor; hand held pendant for directional control of crosshead travel & raise and lower movement (includes emergency stop); Laser guide cutting light on bridge.
