2nd Head: Crossbelt sanding unit "Q" with: Inner chevron belt; Infinitely variable abrasive belt speed from 2 - 16 MPS (7 - 53 FPS); Segmented fine sanding pad, electromagnetically controlled; Abrasive belt size: 150 mm x 4,700 mm (5.9" - 185"). Driven by 13.5 kW (18 HP) motor.
3rd Head: Combination head type"C" consisting of contact roller, spirally grooved, dia 140 mm (5-12"). Shore hardness 65°, andsegmented fine sanding pad, 54 segments, each 25 mm (1") wide, electro-pneumatically controlled. Abrasive belt speed 18 m/sec (59 FPS). Abrasive belt size Driven by 15 kW (20 HP) motor.
4th Head: Fine Sanding Polishing Platen type"E", with pneumatically controlled flexiblesanding pad,with 80 mm wide (3-1/8") insert, hardness 0.55 Shore. With 15 kW (20HP) motor. Abrasive belt speed infinitely adjustable 2 - 18 m/Sec (6 - 59 FPS). With AGV system for automatic locking of the position of the pad.
5th Position: Outfeed panel cleaning rotary brush roller, driven by 0.75 kW (1 HP) motor, with dust hood.
