149" Cap., 5/8" min. board thickness cap. 3" min. length, 12" max. outside forming radius, 0ø - 360ø forming range, 9/16" min. underwrap; min. outside radius 5/16" on vertical grade and 3/8" on postform grade laminate, 12" max. outside radius.
"Quick change" length setting with hand wheel and digital readout; pneumatic parallel traversing arms travel forward with stock as it is being wrapped and apply a constant 45 PSI pressure.
(3) 4' Long heating zones across the 12' length, thermostatically controlled, heat cycle timer with indicator light & digital temperature display, non-marring silicone heating blanket 15 kW.
