Work area cap.: 128" Length, 48" front/back and 100 mm (3-7/8") material height. - The head travels on THK Linear guides on all axes, feed speed X-axis is 263 FPM, Y-axis 196 FPM and Z-axis 64 FPM; axis stroke on X-axis 3,455 mm, Y-axis 1,685 mm and on Z-axis 260 mm.
Boring unit with: (21) Independent vertical spindles, (10) in X-axis, (10) in Y-axis with (1) shared spindle, (6) horizontal spindles with (2 + 2) in X-axis for edge boring in the left & right hand panel edges and (1 + 1) spindle for edge boring in the rear panel edge.
(1) 16 HP High speed liquid cooled vertical router with "on board - ride along" 8-Tool Tool Changer (HSK63 tool holders w/tapered shank) for "on the fly" tool changes, router equipped with 360ø rotation around "Z-axis"
Work area with: (8) Moveable support rails w/K-table bench and pod fixturing system, the most flexiable pod system in the industry. Infinitely adjustments ensure effective clamping of the most difficult work pieces. Pop-up side rails for easy panel loading and placement of parts on the work table,vacuum cups that can be placed anywhere along the vacuum support rails (10) square matrix vacuum cups and (10) rectangular matrix vacuum cups.
(8) Movable pneumatic backstops for large panels and (8) movable front stops for postioning narrow parts, (2) movable pneumatic side stops and the dual central zero stop create (2) working zones and allow for (4) workpieces at a time.
100 cbm/Hr Vacuum pump, man-height safety enclosure around rear & sides of machine, 2-zone safety mats (will stop machine if operator enters work area), transformer which will allow connection for 240 or 480 Volt 3-phase voltages.
