Routech "Accord 30 NST" Load & Unload (2017)

63" x 145" Phenolic flat table with pop-up pins.

(1) Main Routing spindle, 16 HP (approx), 16-postion rotary automatic tool changer & 12-postion rotary automatic tool changer

(6) Vertical boring spindles in the "X" axis, (4) Vertical boring spindles in the "Y" axis, (2) horizontally opposed boring spindles in the "X" axis, (1) horizontally opposed boring spindles in the "Y" axis.

4-Post bunk lifting system with 64" x 147" cap., vacuum cup feeder pulls board onto table.

Rake system pushes cut parts to the 64" x 178" powered belt conveyor, top and bottom dust extraction.

(2) Touch screen monitors and hand controller.

Becker 250  vacuum pump.
