Galvinized Steel Building
In "Very Good Condition" this Galvinized Steel Building Measures 20' Wide x 40' Long x 20' High. With Basic Nuts and Bolts Holding the 27" Wide Modular panels together, It's easy to Dismantle and Easy to Stack for Loading and Transporting. The Base of the Building is Currently Anchored to a Concrete Slab but the Base can also be Supported by Concrete Blocks, Your Choice.
The Building Comes Equipped with a Side Door and a Chain Driven (on a track) Garage Style Front Door that Measures 149" Wide with a 14' High Clearance. It also comes with 200 amp, 220 Volt 3 Phase Electrical Panels and Interior and Exterior LED Lighting and includes a "Hot Dawg Modine" Heater.
Buyer is Responsible for Dismantling and Removal. We will allow extra time to do so and we will permit Use of our Forklift to aid in Loading.
