51" Width cap; Continuous panel feeding system with a forced air flow in the opposite direction of the panels allow for a gentle & fast evaporation of different solvents or water based coatings.
Adjustable & controllable air-flow recycle system makes this the most advanced & energy efficient flash-off oven in the industry today.
The frame structure is enclosed by sandwich panels made of steel & polyurethane insulated foam to increase the thermal efficiency; The bottom section is is also closed & insulated for ultimate efficiency.
The individual units are modular and come in 5' long sections allowing the customer to customize the line for their specific requirements from 5' to 50' long; The oven system can also be equipped with IR lamps (not included) to increase coating flexibility.
Actual specifications of this system: Variable feed speed conveyor; 51" wide opening x approx 22' long, powered conveyor with PVC covered rollers on 4.75" pitch; Electrical control cabinet with run time indicators.
