20 HP TEFC Motor, single-stage, oil injected rotary screw air end with the SIGMA "Profile" screw, 92 CFM at 125 PSI, versatile V-belt drive with automatic belt tensioning;150% min. pull-up torque; magnetic starter located in a NEMA-12 control panel.
"Sigma Control": Industrial PC-Based control system with INTEL processor and real-time operating system, five different control configurations are possible to match compressor performance to air demand.
Cooling fluid is separated from the air mostly by centrifugal action in the separator tank, remainder is separated by a 2-stage separator cartridge.
Air filters mats clean the ambient air drawn into the cabinet for cooling, Safety pressure relief valve & emergency stop button; sound-proof enclosure with lined panels, durable powder coated finish, Compressor mounted on solid base frame with a solid steel floor & anti-vibration mounts, panels are removable for easy maintenance access.
Includes refrigerated air dryer built in.
