1st Head: Cross belt, 2 speed abrasive belt. 9 or 18 MPS (30 + 60 FPS) 24 HP motor. Pneumatic belt cleaning, Inner "Chevron Belt" with independent tensioning.
2nd Head: Combination head, contact roller with segmented pad. Rubber covered contact roller 85 shore (grooved) 5-1/2" dia. 2 speed abrasive belt drive, 9 + 18 MPS (30 + 60 FPS) 24 HP motor. Pneumatic belt cleaning.
3rd Head: Segmented Pad. Electronic variable speed belt drive, 2.0 -18.0 MPS (6.6 - 59.1 FPS) 20 HP motor. Rubberized pressure rolls (throughout machine) Pneumatic belt cleaning. Cleaning Brush drive 1.2 HP.
Final Station: Panel cleaning brush.
Constant Pass Line, electronic variable speed infeed 8 - 42 FPM, roller infeed extension, vacuum infeed, internally mounted 8.5 HP.
