"X" Axis positioning speed 105 MPM (345 FPM).
300 - 2,500 mm (11.8" - 98.4") stock length; 50 - 200 mm (1.96" - 7.87") stock width; 30 - 180 mm (.98 - 7.0") stock thickness. 2,500 (98.4") "X" Axis is divided into (2) work zones of 1,200 (47.2") ea. zone; (1) zone can be processing, while the other is being unloaded/loaded.
(1) high pressure "KOCH ELC" patended glue injection unit; (1) horizontal boring unit with (2) independent spindles on 64 mm centers, max. boring depth 70 mm (2.75"), boring head powered by 2.4 HP (1.8 kW), 6.000 RPM motor.
