0.4 - 12 mm (15/32") Edgebanding thickness cap., 14 - 55 mm panel thickness, 80 mm min. panel width & 150 mm min. length; automatic magazine for coil, strip & solid edgebanding, HD reinforced guillotine for 3 mm PVC.
Rapid melt glue system with hopper feed, electronic temperature control and separate applicator roll drive.
4-Roller pressure section with (1) large drive and (3) idle rollers, all pneumatically controlled.
Microprocessor control and line control for workstation function.
(2) Pre-Milling heads with 4 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea. 200 Hz, both w/jump movement and reversible rotation, SIKO digital readouts.
Double motor end trim (0.6 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), adjustable 0° - 20° for chamfer cuts.
Multi-purpose "radius trimming & corner rounding" units for fine or radius trimming of top & bottom longitudinal edge and top & bottom of leading & trailing corner when edgebanding all four sides (four motors, 0.88 HP - 12,000 RPM ea. 200 Hz).
Top & bottom profile scrapers for up to 3 mm thick PVC banding, vertical & horizontal tracing shoes, SIKO digital readouts for easy setup (currently set up with 3 mm Radius tooling).
Top & bottom buffing unit (0.33 HP - 1,500 RPM ea. motor) tilts 0° - 30°.
Single feed speed 39 FPM. - Complete with: 5 KVA (200 Hz) Frequency changer, 80 mm wide track pads, sound enclosure w/interior lighting over all milling units.
