Plates are 37 mm thick, heated by (2) Thermal Fluid Heaters.
The platens use composite type, heat conduction systems with corrosion-free precision ground aluminum platens; Platen surface covered with hardened & tempered gold anodized surface layer.
Heat-up time of (15) Min; 18 kW power platen/Hr, normal operating temperatures up to 140° C or 285° F.
Pressure is applied by (6) upstroke cylinders, 90 mm in dia. with a400 mm (15-3/4") stroke. There are insulating pressure plates acting as dampers against the press frame.
Daylight opening of 400 mm (15-3/4").
All operator settings & monitoring are integrated into "eye level height" operator Logic Touch control panel with LCD screen display.
Integrated controls, automatic timer from (1) Sec to (60) Min; automatic pressure operated switch gear, and pressure diagram.
