1st Head: Steel contact roll 8" dia., 35 HP motor
2nd Head: Segmented cross-belt, electronic controlled segments conform to panel size, 20/27 HP motor, dual speed abrasive belt speeds of 32 & 66 FPS, 6" x 189" abrasive belt.
3rd Head: Segmented polishing platen, electronically controlled segments to conform to panel size, 20/27 HP motor, dual speed abrasive belt speed of 30/66 FPS.
4th Head: Segmented polishing platen, chevron belt, electronically controlled segments to conform to panel size, 20 HP motor inverter controlled, abrasive belt speed 6 - 52 FPS.
Outfeed rotary panel cleaning brush, 4-3/4" dia., 1.3 HP motor; 55" x 103" abrasive belts on contact roll & both platen heads.
PLC Control with: Touch-screen, (50) memory addresses for sanding head selection, thickness opening, conveyor feed speed, 1-button sequenced starting.
Vacuum conveyor bed assembly with suction fan & motor integrated into sander base, ensures panel flatness & feeding of small parts, variable feed speed from 10 - 49 FPM inverter controlled, 7 HP drive.
Infeed & outfeed segmented rubber covered pinch rolls, motorized thickness opening from 0" - 5-3/4" with digital readout, constant passline of conveyor bed assembly, and abrasive belt cleaners on all (4) heads.
Dust Manifold & pneumatic blast gate is included.
Any sanding belts that remain after production is complete will be included.
