The Laminate Indexing Station makes easy work out of handling heavy stock glued on both surfaces. It carries the boards at the leading and side edges from the Adhesive Spreader to the lay-up areas and makes a difficult, messy task easy. It eliminates handling the panel manually, while increasing the production rate and quality of the finished product. This allows for top and bottom sheets to be stacked on the arms and pulled off in unision
The operator pulls the top sheet for one panel along with the backer sheet for the next panel at the same time.  On a scissors lift model, a sensor lowers the lift as the stack is assembled, preparing it to accept the next board.
This model is for stack laminating and includes a scissor lift for cold press applications. Only one operator is required, instead of two or three who would normally have to assist in this step of production. And since the laminate is positioned on the glued stock in the same place every time, quality is consistent and laminations are cleaner.
