CNC Dovetail Cutter for both through & blind dovetails (French & English); dovetails both male-and-female, fronts-and-sides.
20" Total width cap., 5/16" - 3/4" max. material thickness cap., 1-1/2" thickness cap. on lipped fronts, 1-3/4" - 15" drawer height cap., 5" - 48" drawer width cap., and 7" - 28" drawer depth cap.
5 HP - 2,800 RPM Belt drive motor, (5) VORTEC air cooled spindles at 20,000 RPM, cartridge type spindles for easy replacement, dual phenolic chip-breakers to minimize tearout.
CNC Controller with keypad menu & LED readout for fast easy setups, changeovers between sides-and-fronts/backs are made in seconds from the operator console, resharpened bits easily accommodated using cutter compensation, tenon/mortise fit is easily adjusted from the operator console.
No special tools for partial tenon on non-standard sizes, changeovers between part thicknesses are made in seconds from the operator console & simple hand wheel adjustment of clamps, and knowledge of machine tool programming is not required. - Manufactures up to (80) boxes/Hr.
