In-feed roller conveyor with panel reading/detection 60-cell photo diode bar to monitor and regulate spray application, further maximizing application transfer efficiency.
Spinning de-dusting blowers with sectors at the entry of the machine.
(2) Reciprocating trolleys with spray gun supports, adjustable speed, providing a consistent speed and pattern across entire conveyor width. - Each trolley to carry (4) adjustable guns on each head (8 guns total). Spray guns are independently adjustable in inclination; manual adjustment.
Two (2) coating circuits, suitable for solvent and water based coatings. Motorized height adjustments of spray gun supports.
Through Feed Conveyor: Max. working width of 1,300 mm (51"), variable speed adjustable by means of an inverter.Air exhaust system and separation of the solid content from the air by means of two (2) suction chambers located on the two sides of the conveyor, equipped with high efficiency twin Dry-Filters.
The filtered air is exhausted to the outside by means of a centrifugal fan.
Powered Belt Conveyor, 55" x 112" Belt, 68" x 120" x 37" Footprint.
