     170 x 7,050 mm (6.7" x 277.5") abrasive belt. Variable abrasive belt speed, adjustable from operator panel.

2nd Head: Grooved rubber contact drum, 24 HP

     1,380 x 2,620 mm (54" x 103") abrasive belt. Variable abrasive belt speed, adjustable from operator panel. 

3rd Head: Polishing platen with segmented air platen, (40) segments electronically controlled for veneer sanding, 18 HP

     1,380 x 2,620 mm (54" x 103") abrasive belt. Variable abrasive belt speed, adjustable from operator panel. 

Brush roller, 0.75 HP with ionization for panel cleaning.

Vacuum conveyor belt with stand-alone fan, 5 HP

Variable feed speed conveyor approx. 16 - 80 FPM

Part thickness 3 - 160 mm (0.1 - 6.3") and automatic part thickness adjustment; constant pass-line.

Pneumatic conveyor belt tracking, and conveyor belt cleaning brush.
