5' x 12.5' Phenolic MATRIX Table for "Nested Base" Manufacturing.
"X" Axis 145.8" (3,705 mm), "Y" axis 61.45" (1,561 mm), "Z" axis stroke is 12.4" (317 mm).
"X" & "Y" Axis 230 FPM (70 MPM), "Z" axis is 65 FPM (20 MPM).
Flat table designed for "Nested Base Manufacturing".
(4) Pneumatically controlled reference stop pins with (3) in "Y" axis & (1) in "X" axis.
2 HP (1.7 kW) motor for spindle speed from 1,000 to 6,000 RPM; (18) independent vertical boring spindles with (12) spindles in the "X" axis & (6) spindles in the "Y" axis.
(6) Horizontal spindles with (2+2) in "X" axis & (1+1) in "Y" axis.
(1) "X" axis Saw for max 120 mm dia blade.
