(4) arbors (1 each side) with scraping bars to remove excess material on soft bristle or horsehair heads (heads not included), each head can be easily removed for cleaning, 90 - 400 RPM rotation speed via 1.25 HP motor. Component dimensions: Thickness 80 mm (3-1/8") max, 5 mm (1/8") min; width: 25 mm (1") min.; length: 480 mm (19") min., inf. max.
Cabinet with (2) wide access door & (2) windows for easy setup and maintenance; exhaust outlet of 100 mm (4") dia. pulling 38 CFM; collection vat with channels to direct excess material.
Anti-solvent conveyor belt, 1 HP drive motor with 49.5 - 330 FPM variable speed via AC inverter. Motorized support system aligns substrate for accurate infeed. Brush holder bridges create substrate guide system through machine without damaging painted surface.
