Midwest Automation "AC-3110" Auto Coving Machine

Designed for postforming inside radii as typically found in countertop applications requiring a "coved backsplash". The AC 3110 incorporates an automatic cove stick insertion system utilizing hot melt adhesive and an air-over-oil forming system to ensure backsplash strength and accuracy. Engineered for single operator operation.

Nordson Series 3400 hot melt glue dispenser

Cove bar with multiple heating zones, pneumatic lift and clamping, automatic cove stick insertion, automatic air over oil backsplash forming system, and a separate, stationary hot melt adhesive system

Fully self-contained with backsplash forming heat bar and digital temperature controller
