See Video
hotocells at the in-feed of the case clamp detect the height and length of each case. The case moves to the end of the case clamp where the middle and bottom horizontal pressure pads are lowered already into their respective positions. Simultaneously the center frame with one set of horizontal pressure pads adjusts its position automatically according the length of the cabinet.
Once in position, the middle and bottom pressure pads are lowered into their positions also. The top pressure pads are linked to the vertical pressure platen. Now horizontal pressure is applied to the case. As soon as the horizontal pressure is applied, the vertical pressure platen applies pressure from the top. As soon as the clamping cycle is complete, the horizontal pressure pads are raised and the case exits the clamp.
