The KS Range of routing machines.
To create the half-lap when making cross-half joints.
Morso manufacturing machinery to produce this difficult joint accurately and efficiently. The set of machines consist of one notch Guillotine from the N-range and a router from the KS-range.
There are machines to suit each level if production as required- from the small manufacturer to large mass production. Set-up time (less than 5 mins) with all machines is quick and simple, ideally made using a template. Changes in profiles require no adjustments, providing the overall sizes remain the same. Capacity, as always, depends on the operator.
Typically joints are produced in less than 45 seconds...the quality of the joint is unbeatable.
The KS mini requires very little workshop space. It can remain free-standing as supplied, or be detached from it's frame to be bench mounted.
The KS-Mini with the NF or NFX guillotine is the perfect solution to producing the Half-Cross Joint as found in Georgian window bars. It is used for both "Plant on Cassettes" or "Rebated bars".
The Morso KS mini routing machine is constructed for routing grooves 6mm-12mm. The KS routing machine will rout grooves up to 26mm wide and 20mm deep.
