Locatelli "Orientalmatik 1600" Spindle Sander - PLC Controlled

Automatic Sander for turned components, 1600 mm between centers max., 140 mm max. dia., 100 x 100 mm. square max. dia, magazine feed & discharge, (6) stations with rotating drum.

Turned piece is loaded from hopper and clamped, course profile sanding with belt, fine profile sanding with belt, course brush back sanding, fine brush back sanding, ejection of sanded piece.

Spindle motor 4 HP, 1,400 RPM, (3) speeds. Gear motor for brush rocker 0.5 HP, 1,400 RPM. Belt motor 1.5 HP, 2,800 RPM.
