Infeed & outfeed conveyor system; driven infeed conveyor, length 800 mm (31-1/2"), and driven outfeed conveyor, length 400 mm (15-3/4").
Photocell Reading System to detect the incoming work pieces profile and the electronic control to adjust the spray profile of the parts. The guns will trigger only when the parts are present.
Closed belt conveyor system mounted on an open structure for easy removal. The belt conveyor is made of a special material to work with all types of stains and paints.
Reclamation system for spray lacquer, varnish, multicure (UV) and water base solvents. Patented lacquer recovery system for recovery and cleaning of the conveyor belt; the system is mounted on trolley that is ex-tractable from the machine for easy maintenance.
A double arm reciprocator driven by inverter controlled motor and sliding on high precision guide rails.
The two arms are equipped with guns holder supporting up to max four (4) guns each with two active lacquer circuits. A third fluid circuit is included as a spare, see options below for ACTIVE 3RD CIRCUIT with QUICK CHANGE. All fittings are stainless steel.
Pressurized spray cabin with access windows from both sides; filtering roof intake ceiling in the spray cabin with blowing fans on the top of the roof.
