Single spindle Dovetailer for machining male & female dovetail (English type) in (2) joining drawer parts in (1) cutting cycle.
1 HP - 18,500 RPM spindle rotation for an extremely fine finish on dovetail joints; high RPM spindle allows for precision machining of plywood & solid drawer sides.
Independent adjustment of both the tenon and the mortise depth for precise fitting of dovetail joints. Dust hood for milling cutter, safety rail in front of spindle motor.
Work pieces are clamped by pneumatic clamps for smooth feeding, resulting in quality cutting with cast iron base to ensure vibration free cutting.
Working Length: Min. 7.9" (200 mm) to max. 59" (1.500 mm), working width: min. 2.4" (60 mm) to max. 16.5" (420 mm), front material thickness: 0.28" to 2.36", side material thickness: 0.28" to 3.6".
Standard pitch: 1", 1-1/2", 2" and 2-1/2".
Spindle Diameter: 0.472" (12 mm).
Feed Speeds (3): 16, 22 and 31 Cy/Minute.
