Quickwood "Elite 1100" Denibbing Sander - Rotary Brush
8-Head QUICKWOOD with brush loadings, 44" max. width cap.
(1) Carousel with (4) stationary gear heads and (2) spindles each that counter rotate to each other.
The (4) heads are staggered left/right providing complete coverage; each double-arbor powered by a 2 HP motor and 75 - 1,200 RPM spindle speed, inverter controlled with keypad and RPM readout; 15-1/2" long spindles extend out each side of gear head drive.
Carousel speed from 4 to 28 RPM, 1.5 HP drive motor; speed inverter controlled with keypad and RPM readout.
Spindles hold discs or a combination of QUICK abrasive discs, Nylon brushes or Nylon impregnated discs.
10" - 14" Max. disc dia., brush loadings mounted on a slight angle to create an oscillating motion; PLC control of carousel RPM, brush RPM, conveyor feed speed and thickness opening.
"Vactronic" Vacuum bed conveyor feed system, 10 HP vacuum fan assembly, feed belt variable feed speed from 6 to 46 FPM via 3 HP feed drive.
0" To 4" motorized thickness opening with keypad entry and LED readout.
(8) 6-1/2" dia. dust collection outlets (3,500 CFM required), separate control console.
