15 mm Max. edge cap., 2" max. banding height; 2-3/8" min. panel width and 6-5/16" min. length. Automatic strip & coil feed magazine w/Heavy Duty 3 mm PVC cap. guillotine. "Quick melt" glue system over an Teflon coated "Quick release" glue pot with "reversible" glue roller (through controller), digital thermostat adjustment for temperature control; 5-roll pressure unit w/pneumatic controls for all pressure rollers.
Top & bottom fine/radius trimmer (0.8 HP - 12,000 RPM motors) with quick change/discsonnect motors tits 0-25°. Second Top & bottom fine/radius trimmer (0.8 HP - 12,000 RPM motors) with quick change/discsonnect motors tits 0-25°.
Top & bottom oscillating buffing station (0.33 HP - 2,800 RPM motors). Post Heat.
Complete with: "Orion 220" Graphic controller for line control & glue temperature (can store up to 100 preset programs), 16 colors and 5.7" graphic display, function keyboard for the quick selection, statistical data and diagnostic control, swivel control panel; full cover sound enclosure, 200 Cy - 5 kW frequency inverter w/automatic motor brakes for all HF motors; includes used tooling.

Loadout Dates will be June 29th, 30th, July 1st, July 2nd(By appt. Only), and July 5th and July 6th. All items not removed by July 6th will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
