55" Max. cap. with (1) 8-head brush loading for sealer, denibbing and scuff sanding. - (1) Carousel head with (4) double arbor heads consisting of (8) counter-rotating spindles; touch-screen controls with programmable PLC operation of machine functions, recall of machine functions are automatic.
(4) Double-spindle heads are staggared left/right and center-mounted for a carousel operation; each head with a 3 HP motor and 200 - 1,200 RPM spindle speed, inverter controlled.
Head assembly is reversible with on touch screen to allow sanding of (2) different grits without abrasive change; 21" long spindles extend out each side of head drive.
Carousel speed 4 - 28 RPM, 3 HP drive motor with inverter controlled RPM; spindles hold discs or a combination of QUICK abrasive Discs, nylon brushes, or nylon impregnated discs, 10" - 14" Max. disc dia.
PLC control of carousel RPM, brush RPM, conveyor feed speed and thickness opening.
Upper nylon brush holddown between all brush heads. "Vactronic" vacuum bed conveyor feed system, 10 HP vacuum fan assembly, variable feed speed from 6 - 46 FPM via 3 HP feed drive, 0" - 4" motorized thickness opening.
