2" x 6" Cap. with a 14" saw blade, 10 HP - 1,800 RPM motor, infeed by upper hold down rollers, bottom feed belt to within 3" of the saw blade, and a steel feed roller immediately following the blade. Saw blade raised and lowered via standard clutch-brake crankshaft assembly for extremely quick cutting cycles. With AC servo electric motor drive with infinitely variable speeds up to 600 FPM. Overhead roll assembly raises and lowers for thickness adjustment by hand wheel. With automated infeed section with transfer to the right-hand saw (feeds left-to-right).
Operator simply marks waste zones and the saw separates waste from clear while producing the highest value of cut lengths from available clear stock. Capable of 30,000 lineal feet production per shift depending on lumber grade and number of cuts.
Infeed 16' x 3' x 58", saw 20' x 3' x 60", transfer conveyor 14'L, kicker stations 38' long, 7 kick stations.
