Designed for straight & curved edgebanding. 0.5 - 3 mm edge thickness capacity, max. edge height 10 - 60 mm, for 3 mm PVC banding max. edge height 30 mm. Automatic advance of banding material from 10 - 29 FPM, 25 mm min. radius.
Small glue pot for quick heat-up, edgebanding turn table for coiled or straight strips, guillotine cut-off. Manual advance of panel through glue roller.
Work-piece elevating spacers allow for edgebanding material overhang on the bottom and eliminate the need for templates for contoured parts, simplifying the edgebanding process.
Edge length cut-off, by foot pedal activation for short runs or pre-selected by digital counter for larger production runs.
