Installed Late Sept 2010 Fully loaded show machine 

equipped with 2 heads A 3 axis head and a 5 axis head.  Both are served for tool changes by the 30 position ride along carousel type ATC

3 Axis head is 15HP liquid cooled spindle

The visually unused 5 axis head is a 15HP liquid cooled spindle

21 spindle drill block Horizontal =1=1 in Y and 2+2 in X

Vertical= 10 in X and 8  in Y

Each spindle will work independently and speed is controlled through inverter.

Twin 9HP Becker vacuum pumps apply the hold down pressure
