Cabin over-spraying zone with suction chamber pulling overspray into high capacity filter with 3 HP fan motor, easy filter replacement with (2) large doors in rear of cabinet.
Machine mounted electronic & pneumatic control board with microprocessor; automatically regulates the opening & closing intervals for the spray according to the speed and length of the part, separate pressure controls for each gun. Liquid crystal monitor displays feed speed, pieces produced and number of meters produced.
Infeed belt & (2) mortised rollers inside the cabinet, timing belt transmission and 1 HP variable feed speed motor, manually adjustable from 92 to 459 FPM. - Outfeed: Movable conveyor belt and Patina Processing System. Belt conveyor system is on a trolley that can be rolled in place for standard spraying.
