(2) 13.5 Kw direct drive shaping heads, HSK 63F tool holders, variable speed 0 to 10,000 RPM and reversible. 6" maximum cutter diameter, with 8" stack height, and six position turrets on shaper stations, jump cope.
(2) 10 HP profile sanding heads with lead screws w/digital position indicators for vertical & horizontal adjustments. Variable speed adjustment of 400 to 2,000 RPM with 1" diameter spindles (reversible) that can handle a 7" maximum sander diameter, 8" stack & (6) air jets per sanding station to minimize dust build up.
Amp meters for each station. Heavy duty 6" wide feed chain with rubber feed track pads powered by 2 HP motor with variable speed feed 0 to 35 FPM, (5) staggered rows of rubber wheel hold down rollers.
2-1/2" maximum material thickness capacity. 2) dia. 5" dust outlets and (2) 4" dia. outlets.
Dust collection requires 3,200 CFM, compressed air requirements: 90 PSI, 1.5 CFM, machine weight: 5,550 lbs.
