This machine has been taken out of service and in storage at rigger's warehouse
"X" Axis is 141.5" (3,595 mm), "Y" axis is 54.2" (1,378 mm), "Z" axis stroke is 9.8" (250 mm), max. material thickness is 3.9" (100 mm).
"X" Axis 197 FPM (60 MPM), "Y" axis 164 FPM (50 MPM), "Z" axis 49 FPM (15 MPM); head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes.
(6) Tubeless K-Table support rails, (4) pneumatic panel lifters for heavy panels
Pneumatic backstops, frontstops, & side stops create (2) working zones.
Boring Unit, 4 HP (3.2 kW) Motor, variable speed from 1,500 - 7,500 RPM; (12) independent vertical drill spindles, (6) spindles in X-axis & (6) in Y-axis.
(6) Horizontal spindles, (2 + 2) in X-axis & (1 + 1) in Y-axis; grooving saw with 100 mm dia. saw blade.
(1) 10 HP (7.5 kW) Air cooled electro spindle router, HSK-F63 adaptor; powered by a frequency inverter w/programmable speed from 1,250 - 18,000 RPM, RH or LH rotation.
NC Controlled C-axis for 360° horizontal processing; 8-position ride-along tool changer.
(1) Becker 2.5 Kw Vacuum Pump, 2-zone safety mats (will stop machine if operator enters work area) & safety fences.
