The head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes; feed speed on X and Y-axis is 260 FPM (80 MPM) and Z-axis is 98 FPM (30 MPM).
Spindle; (1) 16 HP (12 kw) (approx). High speed constant duty variable speed router spindle (1,000 - 24,000 RPM), programmable RH or LH rotation. Liquid cooled.
NC Controlled C-axis with 360 degree processing.
14-position ATC Rotary Magazine mounted on back of spindle for "On the Fly" tool change speed (HSK-63 tool holders).
Boring Unit: (9) Independent vertical spindles and 2 x 2 horizontal drills.
PC Front-End with "Homatic PC Power Control" running Windows and WoodWOP. 17" Color graphic monitor, keyboard for data entry, CD disk drive, EtherNET interface for LAN connection to office PC, RS-232 serial interface; contained in a separate free-standing control cabinet.
