3-Station Shape & Sand Machine. - 1st Station: Shaping, 7.5 HP - 7,200 RPM motor, 1-1/4" spindle, single tool cap. with adjustable spindle height; 2nd & 3rd Station: (2) Sanding Heads, each with 2 HP motor, 0 - 2,500 variable RPM, air jets for abrasive cleaning.
Sanding heads with: 1" spindle up to 45ø tilt capability, indicators reading in 0.001" adjustments for both horizontal and vertical. Variable speed feed chain with "non-slip" chain pads with up to 22 FPM feed rate; overhead holddown with (2) staggered rows of rubberized holddown rollers, roller track channel on outboard panel support for wide panels.
