9" x 27" to 61" x 145" Capacity; semi-automatic index/layup table to assist in the layup of glued cores with face & back laminates, designed to be used in conjunction with a Glue Spreader for Pinch Roller or Cold Press operations.
The system features Heavy Duty construction, and includes a hand crank for manual width adjustments, adjustable guides for board positioning, width opening indicator, width adjustment locking device with pneumatic brake, 18" in-feed extensions, and leveling feet.
The operator manually positions the back sheet and then, with the machine assisting, guides the glued core from the glue spreader into position over the backer sheet. When the core reaches the indexed stops, the core drops into position on the back. The top sheet is manually applied & indexed to the board, and the operator manually pushes the layed up panel into the Pinch Roller. - Requires 100 PSI compressed air.
