DOUCET "XPRS" is specially designed for use with smaller Edge Banders.
Min/Max Working Dimensions:
4" wide x 12" long x 0.6" thick minimum working dims.
36" wide x 90" long x 1.6" thick maximum working dims.
Over-all dimensions of the receiving/transfer/return section is 60" L x 48" W (60" long x 24" wide receiving/transfer table + 24" wide return conveyor section).
An additional 24" x 17' long return conveyor is included. Total length of return is 22'.
(2) motorized infeed rollers with (4) non-motorized infeed arms.
Feed rollers driven by a Variable speed DC motor from 0 - 40 FPM automatically receives-and-transfers panel with Urethane transfer belts onto the return conveyor side (2" lower) then conveys panel back to the operator.
