Suitable for a variety of wood applications including cabinets, panels, furniture components and doors
Automatic through-feed spraying machine in compact execution. The machine consists of:
lnfeed and outfeed conveyor system
-Driven infeed conveyor, length 800 mm (31")
-Driven outfeed conveyor, length 400 mm (15")
-Photocell reading system to detect the incoming workpieces, electronic control to adjust the spray width.
Belt conveyor in the spray area. Closed belt conveyor system mounted on an open structure for easy removal. Belt conveyor in special material to work with all types of stains and lacquers.
Patented combined lacquer recovery system for recovery and cleaning of the conveyor belt The system is mounted on trolley and extractable from the machine.
Single reciprocator with double arm driven by Inverter controlled motor and sliding on high precision guide.
Pressurized spray cabin in welded and painted steel with access windows from both sides. Pressurization system with two fans for the air Inlet and filtering roof inside the spray cabin, blowing fans on the top of the roof. Exhaust system with double stage air filters and exhaust ventilator.
