48" X 96" Thermo-forming Laminating Press, w/vacuum membrane-less operation designed for 57" wide vinyl products; works without hydraulics or pneumatic cylinders.
The unit uses a 3 HP BUSCH vacuum pump and 350 Watt bulb heaters during the cycle.
Loading trays dim. are 52" x 100" ID x 1.75" deep tray system with magnetic pin system for loading and unloading; Individually heated and thermostatically controlled bulb heaters offer operating temperatures up to 300° F (approx).
Loading/unloading table at the in-feed, this is for the loading & unloading of the press cycle.
Control cabinet with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC with "Panel View 550" Touchscreen programmable controller for laminating cycle, cycle and heat controls with (4) digital timers; thermostat & timers to handle different pressing conditions.
Operating pressure 75 PSI, max. operating temperature 300° (most foils work at 150° - 180° F range). - Stores and recalls "recipes" (individual programs) for specific materials and applications.
