  • ELECTRIC CASE CLAMP capable of obtaining extremely strong operating pressures that guarantee closing of large boxes with up to 6 dowels and multiple partitions.  Dowel construction relies on a tight, compressive fit between the dowel and hole.  Utilization of the electric case clamp to guarantee complete and tight closing of the hole-dowel coupling is paramount in high speed, dowel box construction.

  • ACTION TF 2500 is an electric clamp powered by BRUSHLESS MOTORS with reinforced thick steel framework protected by epoxy priming and polyurethane two-component paint; color RAL 7035.

  • Full TOP platen pressing for maximum pressing PSI

  • The conveying belt is made of polyester with a low friction coefficient PVC cover.

  • Rack and Pinon transmission at all 4 corners of the top platen and side pressor keep the top platen in parallel and the side pressor square and fast positioning.  Unlike pneumatic clamps with bladders, the CPC clamp maintains a perfect squaring of the box.

  • Sizes (height and length) of box are read in a “real time” system by electronic sensors. Therefore no manual setup is required, allowing large volume mass-production having a random sized order.

  • The vertical and horizontal pressure is adjustable according to the type of furniture to be assembled.

  • Furniture clamping time is adjustable with a display placed on the control board.

  • The standard machine is supplied with FRONT and REAR photo cell barriers.

  • The machine is set to work left to right from the operator’s control side.

  • Safety Fence in the front/rear entry of the clamp.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • Feed Through Case Clamp with high productivity and low operating cost.

  • Production capacity up to 600 cases per shift (45 second cycle).

  • Possibility to sequence different furniture pieces without manual intervention
