"X" Axis 143" (3,640 mm), "Y" axis 51.4" (1,306 mm), "Z" axis stroke is 8.8" (225 mm), max. material thickness 7" (180 mm).
"X" & "Y" axis is 262 FPM (80 MPM), "Z" axis is 98 FPM (30 MPM); helical rack and pinion drive on "X" axis & ballscrew on "Y" & "Z" axis.
Flat table design with "Matrix" grid phenolic syrface for "Nested Base Manufacturing", (2) independent working areas;
(7) External pop-up reference pins with (6) on the back of the table (4) used in conjunction with aluminum bars for better edge alignment & (1) on the side.
(1) 2.5 HP (1.7 kW) - 4,000 RPM motor: (12) independent vertical spindles, (6) in "X" axis & (6) in "Y" axis;
(6) Horizontal spindles with (1+1) in "X" axis & (1+1) in "Y" axis.
(1) 12.2 HP (9 kW) Air cooled electro-spindle with ISO 30 adaptor, variable speed from 1,000 - 20,000 RPM;
(1) 10-Position ride along tool changer for "on the fly" ATC. Tooling currently pictured with machine is not included in auction sale.
